WHO MAKES ALL THIS SHIT?
Laurel makes all this shit.  She is 23, and from Michigan.  This is a one-woman POC owned business.  Everything is made by her. 

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BANDAGES AND OTHER APPROPRIATION ITEMS?
I've decided to focus more time into my fine art, but if you are interested in custom branded items (either a designer logo or your own!) please don't hesitate to reach out via the contact page.

CAN YOU MAKE ME A CUSTOM *insert product in question here*?
I am more than happy to create a custom handmade product for you.  Please use the “contact” page to get in touch with me about that!

WHERE IS LOCAL PICKUP?
You can either pick up (touch free) in Sterling Heights (preffered) or if time and scheduling allows it, we can arrange a time to meet at another location.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Many items in my shop are hand-made and made-to-order, meaning I make them when you order them.  This means that it may take a few days for production & getting to the post office to ship your item out.  I will try to make and ship your item within 2 weeks. After shipping, it may take some time to arrive, depending on where you are in the world. 

Almost all orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive an email with shipping confirmation.  

WHERE IS MY ORDER COMING FROM?
All items are shipped from the Metro Detroit area in Michigan, USA.  All items are also shipped through USPS.  

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Please note that because of the nature of my made-to-order and fragile products, I can not accept returns, and I can not accept order cancellations more than 24 after an order is placed.  If you have any issues with your order, please feel free to contact me through the ‘contact’ page.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY PACKAGE YET?

Please use the “contact” page to get in touch so we can resolve the issue.  

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE/ITEM IS DAMAGED?

Please go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim.  I am not allowed to file the claim, so it is your responsibility to fill out the information.  The post office literally will not let me do it, because I am not the one receiving the package.  Once the package is shipped out, there is not anything I can do because it is then USPS’s responsibility, so please contact the post office.  

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS IN?

Please make sure that your address is correct before submitting and completing your order.  If your address is not correct, not only does it waste my time having to wrap it up, wait in line at the post office, then have to do it all over again, it also wasted my materials, and your item will take even longer to get to you.  In the event that you do submit the wrong address, you will be responsible to pay for shipping a second time so I am able to send it back out to you. It is not my fault the address is wrong, so it should not come out of my pocket.
